Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rpmsfashions.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that:
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used or washed.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
